Straight dopeness. Can't wait for it in CDQ. Makes me even more eagerly anticipate Alicia Key's next album whenever it surfaces.

Why, is it too much not Ja Ruleish????
"I have loved you," says the LORD. "Yet you say, 'In what way have you loved us?' "Was not Esau Jacob's brother?" Says the LORD. "Yet Jacob I have loved" - Malachi 1:2

after listening a couple times...this track is alright.  i really need to hear it in CDQ.  Ra's verse was shorter than i expected but still effective :)  makes me want his album even more ;D

It's pretty coo.. nothing amazing.
The beat is kinda average, Nas is dope, Keys is below average, and Rakim is aight..
Would have guessed it to be better, but maybe CD-Q will help.

I think I like the original N.Y State of Mind too much to get into this one. Although in saying that I'll probably over play the track when I get it in decent quality.
It's a decent track tho, i like it how Nas uses the same few lyrics of the first verse from the original and then adds that line about Sadaam. Who's album is this going on?
