i dont really like quik-fans.. because the most of them isnt into eiht, and therefor only get one side of the story!

when the comes the beef they had, then u could say Quik won because he was the one who was most "angry".. just like eazy was with the beef with dre...


eiht started 3 years before quik,.. lissen to "this is compton" from 1989, and other classics like "duck sick", "late night hype",  "def wish", "can i kill it" and the rest of classics before u vote!!  8)

Both are legends - no two ways about it. But Eiht never changed the game for me like Quik did with Rhythm-al-ism.

If Eiht still brought that smooth-ass sound of We Come Strapped (classic album), it could be a different story. But right now it's Quik hands down for me.

lol... when I was about 16 I had a mate round my place who knew nothing about hip-hop whatsoever. After a few tracks of We Come Strapped he was like "Why the fuck does this guy keep making that sound at the start of every song?"

Maybe it's some kind of disorder.

Eiht is definately the better rapper for me

Quik is a mastamind at producin though and he won the beef (if he wrote Dollaz + Sense himself fo real)

that's very true. fellow Eiht fan over here. i actually do like Quik better, but theres no doubt Eiht is also one of the best artists from the West Coast
