So I picked up Obie's album and....

Very dope. I wasn't sure whether it would be good or not, it could have gone either way. I'm feeling that Shit Hits The Fan & Got Some Teeth more than I did before. Only songs I didn't feel were Bad Bitch, Hey Lady & Hoodrat. I also didnt feel 50's verse on that one joint. Overall I was impressed. 4/5.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

I thought Hey Lady was terrible. Couldn't dig it all. However, Eminem dropped some dope rhymes on the 3 tracks he did full verses on. I haven't felt Em's latest work too much so I was happy.

I don't like "Hoodrats" either, but "Lady" and "Bad Bitch" are fuckin' dope! My favourites are "Lady", "Bad Bitch", "Shit Hits The Fan", "We All Die One Day" and "Oh!".

I definitely disagree whi'chu about "Lady". That's one of the best traccs IMO. I like that, as well as "Oh", "Average Man", "Don't Come Down", and "We All Die One Day" the best. Five best traccz IMO.

Word.  Some people arnt feeling Obie's lyrics, but IMO he's an aggresive MC and his style is raw.

When this album gets played out for me, I'ma make a CD-R where I exchange the average/poor tracks with other and better tracks.. will be something like this:

01. Average Man
02. Cheers
03. Got Some Teeth
04. Lady f/ Eminem
05. Don't Come Down
06. The Set Up f/ Nate Dogg
07. Bad Bitch
08. Shit Hits The Fan f/ Dr. Dre & Eminem
09. Follow My Life
10. We All Die One Day f/ 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks of G-Unit & Eminem
11. Spread Yo Shit f/ Kon Artis of D-12
12. Look In My Eyes f/ Nate Dogg
13. Hands On You f/ Eminem
14. Hoodrats
15. Oh! f/ Busta Rhymes
16. Never Forget Ya
17. Outro f/ D-12 & Eminem

Striked tracks replaced by:

02. Doe Ray me feat. Eminem & d-12
09. Go to sleep feat. Eminem & DMX
11. I'ma hustler feat. 50 Cent
14. Rap name (No gimmicks)

Alternatively add these tracks:

18. Love me feat. 50 Cent & Eminem
19. Welcome to Detroit City (Benzino diss)
20. Quiet Storm freestyle
