Documents uncovered by the smokinggun.com reveal that Michael was investigated for child abuse in february, and the California child welfare officials, as well as the l.a. police department found that any charges against him were 'unfounded'.  

Also, news has came out that not only has the mother of the boy sued for sexual harassment before (her son stole something at a mall, she sued and said the guards assaulted her)... but the mother went 'psychiatric shopping' earlier this year, taking her son to several psychiatrists before finally arriving at the same one who accused Michael of Child abuse in 93.  Yup, the same guy is the one who called police this time to report it.  She also has employed the same lawyer who represented the family in '93.  The father of the boy (who is in a custody battle) says he has a copy of a script! that the woman wrote out for her son to say in testimony about the mall/security guard case back in the day, he says that she does this shit trying to get money out of people, and talks the kids into doing whatever she says.

Tom Sneddon, the D.A. who's charging Michael, just got slapped with a 10 million dollar "Wrongful Prosecution" lawsuit.  He prosecuted a man who claims that Sneddon maliciously attacked him, and had a personal vendetta against him.  When the man's case went to trial, he was found not guilty, and filed the 10 million dollar lawsuit.

It's not BEYOND comprehension for a man nicknamed "mad dog" to be what everyone says he is: a total asshole with a hardon for Michael Jackson.  Mike looks and acts like a fag.  Sneddon and his boys don't like Michael living in his county, so he's been giving him a hard time since 1993.  Simple as that.

Mike's lazy when it comes to making music.  This will be an excuse for him not to release anything for 3 years, and then when it DOES come out, it'll be stuff he recorded this winter about how pissed off he is, and how the world is trying to kill him.
