Supporters of R. Kelly are going to feel so stupid should it eventually proven that he is guilty of paedophilia. I've seen interviews with R where he refuses to touch on the infamous ''video'' issue: if he was an innocent man, why would he be afraid to dicuss those allegations. He could just say I'm innocent. Now I'm not saying he hasn't said this, but he has ignored this is several interviews and appearances. Frankly, if I was in his shoes and really was innocent I would be telling ANYONE who would listen to me that. Take it for what you will.

Even if (and that's a hefty ''if'') that ISN'T R. Kelly in the video, there are still reports of him obtaining abusive images of children. This was even reported on MTV.com. It seems like all the evidence is there to prove that Kelly should be in jail, yet its Michael Jackson who the media constantly hounds. The difference between the two (in my eyes): MJ wants to BE a kid, R. Kelly wants to have sexual relations with one.

Like Jome said, who would really spend so much time and money digitising Kells face on to THAT video. I say money because, according to reports, it must have been done very professionally! And, if you were going to pick a celebrity to ''frame'', why Kelly? There are far more higher profile celebrities out there, yet you don't see them being accused of paedophilia every day (Jacko excluded, of course). I could name these higher profile celebs, yet obviously the list would be endless. I'm sure you can think of some anyway

I personally choose not to support R. Kelly, because when (or if) he is proven guilty it would actually make me feel pretty sick to think that I had supported someone so disgusting and perverse.

Anyway, this is strictly my opinion, and there may be some Kelly fans and even non-fans who disagree with me. However, I'm basing my argument around the evidence surrounding R. Kelly at present. Like I said before, take it for what you will. Just my two cents.
