I think Imma register to MTV.com and then unload on an email telling how bad their show sucked.  I'm still spiting venom over my Checkers incident.  lol

i know lol.

I mean the VMA's have never been outstanding shows, but this years was downright pathetic. Ifthey would have had chappelle host it would have been alot better.

I feel dirty looking at jojo, aint she like 13?

LOL

Somebody explain this to me: Since they recorded the song, they um.. 'wrote' the song, they have the publishing rights to the song, and they're currently touring trying to SELL the song, couldn't the fuckin' record company spend 2 minutes and dubb them up an instrumental mix of the song so they don't have to get outrapped on their own shit?

Oh, and about Jay Z's video... that's an interesting conundrum, there.

O.K., you're exactly right, it's not artistic, it's just black and white.  Personally, I like it.  I think it's a cool video, although he probably spent about 200 times too much making it.  It's done old school, like ALL the old videos used to be.  Basically he's just imitating how videos ALL were in the late 80's when hiphop was still cool as fuck.

So...

You got a new video winning an award for acting like your average video 15 years ago.  NWA's Straight Outta Compton shits all over that video Jay did, and he's winning awards.

That tells you something about where we're at musically on MTV.  It's just laughable what passes for creative and artistic these days.
