I JUST CANT SLEEP... I SWEAR I JUST WANT TO KILL MYSELF... TO RELIEVE THE TIRED FEELING FROM MY BODY.... BUT I JUST CANT FUCKIN SLEEP... SOME SHOOT ME PLEASE... JUST KILL ME.... PUT ME IN MY BED... AND WAKE MY ASS UP WITH SOME MILITARY MUSIC... OR THE MASSIA

I suggest, if u wanna go to sleep, first thing u do, put on your sneakers, take a run around the block, get back home, take a shower & u will sleep within the next 2 minutes.

You need to ask yourself, "What am I putting in my body that is causing me to feel this way."  

I recommend fasting.  You need to clean out your system.  Get rid of all the caffiene, swine, pills, and other garbage in your daily diet.

Maybe you should observe this years Ramaddan.  Don't eat or drink from sunrise to sunset for 30 days!

or if u really cant sleep.. then just turn on the TV and watch untill u get reeeeeaaally tired..  ;)

i am pretty much naturally like this... i have famly that is like me... stay up all hour... wake up hella early and feel fine.... i just get fustrated and often bored when i am up at 2 am....
