I'm thinking Quik came up with the beat concept ( using that sample ) and Dre ended up mixing it and directing Truth's vocals. Sample or no sample, that instrumental is way more Quik influenced than Dre influenced.

LOL Quik fucked truth hurts up big-time...
Hittman is not a real person. He was a computer program generated by Dr. Dre and Mel Man back in the mid 90's. When Dre started treating Mel-Man like shit, Mel infiltrated the computer and put a virus in the hittman program
Truthhurts is fuckin fine!.that's why i brought her up because she had that "addictive" video and then she had another video on BET Uncut and then she desepiered!
yeah Dre produced the song but gave credit to Quik... that's what Quik said in one of his last interviews.and the album is pretty good... I like it... that ''hollywood'' song is nice... and of course ''I'm not really lookin'' feat. Quikand yes Rafsta is right... Quik said earlier he woke up in the morning to the original song on some Indian channel... he liked it and he recorded it on tape from tv... and used the sample. I have the original song too... I played it a couple of times... it's nice...
can someone up a link to that single?
