Latest Update on Snoop/Doggystyle Records!!

[Detox Is A Myth!!!]

Snoop, Latoiya, Mr. (Ko)Kane, and the rest, (including the bodyguards ) were up in New York today at WBLS and Wendy Williams just finished interviewing Snoop about a half hour ago.  I heard this live, so here's what was said:

First, Snoop is still working on new records with tha Eastsidaz and Doggys Angels.  Snoop said he had just spoken with tha Angels this morning concerning their new record.  Apparently just because Tray Deee, Goldie, and tha Angels aren't in the limelight right now doesn't mean Snoop has forgotten about them.  But he said that once he breaks artists into the rap game and gives them their chance to shine, they need to walk on their own afterwards.  But expect more from them.

Wendy asked what a "grip" is and Snoop said it's one of his gold cups that he holds when he's pimped out and they go for about $1000 but he doesn't know how they're made.

He's cool with his wife, she's the lady boss and he's just the boss.  She keeps him in check.

Lady of Rage, Prodigy, Special Ed, and Daz Dillinger will guest star on the Doggystyle AllStars album out Aug. 13 (dvd Aug. 27).

They played that "L.O.C.s" song by Mr. Kane, "one of the singles."  Wendy said she liked it.

Snoop said his religion is baptist, based on the kind of church he was born in.

He warned against r&b artists and people in general C-WALKIN in public, because with that comes the consequences.  Lil Bow Wow is given a pass with the c-walking business because he's the "little homie."

Suge should leave Bow Wow alone, cause he's just a little kid.  Snoop sounded really frustrated when talking about this.  Wendy said that Suge said Snoop stole Bow Wow from Suge and Snoop was like "Suge needs to stop messing Bow Wow."  Just keep it between Snoop and Suge.

Again, he said that Jermaine Dupri is his homie and he's down with him.  Dre should get at Suge if he's gonna get at JD.  AND YES, SNOOP SAID SUGE BY NAME, HE DIDN'T JUST SAY "THE BIG MAN."  It's clear he wants Dre to go at Suge.

Finally, and this is the biggest news, imho, Snoop and Daz gave Wendy Daz's new record where he disses Suge!  Could this be tha row killa?  They didn't say.  But Wendy said that she had to clean up the record (remove the curses) and SHE WILL PLAY IT ON THE AIR TOMORROW!!!  Snoop said they diss Suge all over the place, but Daz was the first to step up to bat and go at Suge, so he gave him props for that.

That's it, I heard the interview already into it so I didn't catch it all.  They gave Wendy Latoiya's "Fallen Star."  I can't remember anything else.  Wendy was flirting with Snoop though, lol.  Peace.

Dre and Snoop comin apart!!??   Whoa! I cant see Snoop and Dre dissin each other or not bein homies! Hopefully Daz isnt rubbin off on Snoop and he starts dissin tha fuck outta every1!! Hmmm this is wierd... It seems like Snoop is dissing Dre for not dissing suge, then he says that he is dissing Suge, so does this mean that Snoop is trying to act like he is hard  now because he finally publicaly dissed suge?

Nah, Nah, Nah.  I don't see it that way.  I see what Snoop's saying...

Dre's just ganging up on J.D., because it's an easy target, same thing Eminem does, but they're all afraid of Suge Knight, when Snoop's been dissing Suge ever since he left deathrow, whether the song was released or not... I mean, remember he was gonna diss him way back on Gangsta Ride!  Then, you had all the tracks that were never released, etc., Snoop really can't be called a coward or anything, he's been dissing back for years (even though most of the songs were wack, lol)...

But the rest, sounds like great news on Snoop.  And I don't think him and Dre will be beefing, they just have different opinions; also, if you put any trust in mellowman, according to him, Dre already regrets dissing J.D., so this whole situation is probably already cleared up before it began.  Peace~
