^ Listen to any of these tracks:

Busta Rhymes - "As I Come Back"
Ice Cube "In The Late Night Hour"
Jadakiss - "Knock Yourself Out"
Jay-Z - "I Just Wanna Love U"
Mystikal "Danger"

If you still think The Neptunes are wack... then you have no eye for good music... The Neptunes are supremely talented, the most creative producers in today's hip-hop scene, IMO.
Denying their talent would only display your ignorance and jealousy... they aren't wack.

I Am NOT Ignorant Nor Jealous,

I Do Not Class Repetitve Keyboard Pressing As Production Worthy Of Crediting

I Have A VERY Good Ear For Music - And IMO....

Busta Rhymes - "As I Come Back" - Listen To The Damn Repetitveness Of This Track

Ice Cube "In The Late Night Hour"  - IMO This Track Is Some Of Cubes Worst Work - LYRICS : OK     BEAT : WACK!

Jay-Z - "I Just Wanna Love U"  - Was A Hit Undeniably - And Is Probably Neptunes Most Varied Beat - Yes It Strays From A Monotone Beat! But I Still Dont Like It

Mystikal "Danger"  - This Beat Is Soooooooooo Bad! Dont Front Mystikal Came Wack And The Neptunes Supplied The Beat To Suit!

peace

Alright.. you have your opinion, and I have mine. I can agree that:

Busta Rhymes - "As I Come Back" isn't a contender for best beat ever... but it's still a great beat...

If you regard the beats for "Danger" & "In The Late Night Hour" bad... then I don't have anything to say... keep believing that... but it's like saying the "Still D.R.E." beat is wack... I'm sure you don't agree on that.

I don't think there are any 'wack' producers, I mean a lot of them have wack songs, but I don't think they are wack for having a bad song or two.  The Neptunes are creative imo, there's a lot of stuff of theirs i don't like, but there are some that I do, so I wouldn't they thy're wack.

The Trackmasters have made so many tight beats it's not possible for them to be the wackest. Even though 90% of them were sampled they still made it tight. They are pretty wack now though.
The Notorious B.I.G. - Juicy [Co-Produced]
Nas - If I Ruled The World
The Notorious B.I.G. - Who Shot Ya?
2Pac - Changes
LL Cool J - I Shot Ya

The Neptunes have also made a lot of nice beats even though they all sound the same. I feel some of they shit and it's the best shit to dance to at the clubs.

The wackest has to be Beats By The Pound. The whole No Limit sound was wack. The only thing I enjoyed was Ghetto D.

i could make an epic "war and peace" type book about this so i'll just comment on the producers listed

1. neptunes-they have average talent, they rely too much on one sound that isnt very interesting at all

2. JD-actually has alot of talent ...but only uses it 1 out of every 100 songs he makes, also isn't very creative, when he first started he relied too much on the cliche g-funk sound, after that he relied too much on the poppy dirty sound bounce kinda beat , now he's trying to sound like a neptunes carbon copy....he's good at mimicing sounds but fail to come up with any of his own

3. trackmasters-when they first came out they were great, but now they're like DJ, just copying what's popular ....and the popular sound is shitty...

4. beats by the pound-they were original so i'll give them minimal appaulse for that but theres nothing great about their skills

5. irv gott- like i've said before , just another flavor of the week
