^^^^Lol, my thoughts exactly. I'm soooooooo sick & tired of all those reality shows on TV...and that's a serious understatement.
You can't even turn on your TV nowadays without coming across at least 2 reality soaps while flipping channels.

MTV is worse than ever. Seriously though.. Room Raiders?, Next?, Date My Mom?, who wants to watch that shit? especially if its on a music channel. Pretty soon shows like that will slowly make their way on to MTV2 which was originally supposed to be a channel with non stop music videos playing 24/7. Sad stuff.

MTV2 of today is basically becoming MTV. MTV went through the same transition MTV2 is now going through about 10 years ago. I remember when they added MTV2 to most of the cable companies a few years back, claiming it was a relief from MTV and that it's for nothing but non-stop music...All that shit's gaysauce.

I understood a show like Cribs at first, 'cause in the beginning they featured music stars homes, so it made sense to me. Now they don't do that either - here in Europe there's a version of the show called Footballers' Cribs where - you guessed it - they showcase soccer players' cribs. While the show is essentially the same, it's got nothing to do with people behind the music anymore.

Nowadays I pretty much catch a video on MTV when they're played in between reality shows. They ought to take the M out of their title, 'cause obviously music hasn't been the main content of the channel for years. There's a couple shows (at least here) that actually play non-stop music, but they only last for an hour or so. (I don't care, I listen to CD's anyway.) And they come on in the middle of the night. I'd watch Yo! MTV Raps if it weren't on so late. (Though obviously it isn't the "good old" Yo!, they just play rap videos now. But it's aaight, since they play shit you don't see otherwise.)
