I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.

no she didnt. Alicia won 5 awards including best r&b album (the category aaliyah was in) and best song fallin

Shame Dre couldn't pick up a Grammy this year, oh well he'll get one next year. I was suprised to see that 'Best Rap Performance By a Duo Or Group' went to Ms. Jackson - OutKast. They also picked up 'Best Rap Album' too, for Stankonia. I thought someone else would have won the Grammy for those catagories.

Michael Jackson's Got all Their Daddy's, 8 Grammies in 1 year, tied by Carlos Santana.


Actually, Yall, those 4 producers they mentioned were awesome.  No Lie, so he had some good competition this year, but it's kinda not fair since it's not his category.  And REALLY what did he produce last year? Not much noteworthy, in my opinion.  

I'd vote for O Brother, Where Art Thou? That was greatly produced, and Sam Phillips is a monster producer.

oh shit yeah he didnt even win.lol soz i musta 4got but hey his invincible album is fucked now. i mean i know for a fact that people who cant stand michael or wernt feelin invincible felt unbreakable, every brother i know bumps that shit but hey, michaels invincilbe album times up now i guess:(( i guess he gonna go into movies and maybe make another album thats gonna be out in like 2007:((

it doesnt really suprise me, that he didn't win becuase he didn't produce an album this year, just guest spots, if he's just as musically consistant next year plus he produces an album i.e eminem, truth, detox, rakim, ect. cuz all he really did is guest spots and the grammy's recognize you for that...but they don't really reward you for that


but i dunno i have to disagree with trauma half of those producers are 'aright' or 'average' and like half of the reason why they were nominated is becuase they were working with creative musicians as well....oh well i'm not suprised but it's all good

Not suprised atall, Alicia deserves every one of those awards, got love for Aaliyah but I think "Songs in A Minor" outshined most, if not all the RnB material that I heard last year.
