What the FUCK happened to Jayo Felony's "In The Trenches" album?

I remember it was all set to drop last summer, then that G-Unit rumor came up and everything has been silent since.  Will this album ever see the light of day?  I was really lookin forward to it.

Its still doin my head in we aint gonna get to hear those 3 or so tracks he recorded with Jelly Roll which were some of the best shit the dude who said about them had heard in years. And yea he out of rehab now.
