copy and paste it into microsoft word and click the little button at the top that has abc on it

Copy/paste your list to Microsoft Excel -> Highlight the column> Data> Sort> Ascending to go from A-Z or Descending to go from Z-A

You can do it from word too... Just make sure you have the Database toolbar open
