originally, I was shocked that Mack 10 would be with Suge because of how many times Suge has dissed Mack 10, but I was thinking about it more, and Mack 10 signing with Tha Row doesn't seem too far-fetched.  Mack 10 is married to T-Boz of TLC, who is in the same group as Nina aka Left Eye who's signed to Tha Row.  According to Trauma, Nina had some influence in Kurupt re-joining Tha Row.  Plus, since Mack 10 is a money whore and will go to wherever the $$$ is and many of his fans felt he sold out when he signed to Cash Money, going to Tha Row doesn't sound like a bad idea.  Suge worked/is working out a deal for Kurupt, so Suge making a deal for Mack 10 doesn't seem out of the picture.

on a side note, I wonder what Mack 10 thought of Suge criticizing his label.

Just a year ago, Death Row wanted to work with Cash Money--so who knows.
