Shit, easily one of my favourite tracks ever. The beat is off the hook, and everybody comes off correct on their verses. Ain't nuthin wrong with the track at all.

I don't know how you guys can say Hitt and Knoc are better than any New West rapper. I like 'em both, but think about it: we really only heard Hitt on the stuff he recorded for "2001", and the unreleased Aftermath album/material. The deciding factor: Dre. We hear the best Knoc-Turn'al material on "2001". Again, that deciding factor: Dre. Without the Doc, Knoc drops a substandard album (at best) and Hittman drops off the radar. I'm not crediting all of their talent to Dre, since there are the obvious exceptions to that rule, but just look at Snoop as the proof that he brings out the very best in certain rappers, and Hitt and Knoc both fall into that "certain rappers" territory IMO. Some of these New West cats probably have more material out via mixtapes than Knoc and Hittman have period, despite the fact that they have debuts under their belt. Quality over quantity, of course, but that's still pretty inconsistent.

"Bang Bang" was a dope track though. I probably preferred "Some LA N*ggaz" though. Defari ripped that. Hell, everyone ripped that.

"Bang Bang" is one of the best songs on 2001. Everyone nailed their verses and the beat was crazy as hell. One of Dre's most unique beats on that album, in that it just sounded real different.
