I've got all their albums, Rivers Cuomo is a genius.  He's so fuckin' funny.  All these little followers have been talking about this unreleased album he was working on called "Songs From The Black hole" that he did 10 years ago, and for 10 years they've all wondered and speculated, etc.

About 2 weeks ago, Rivers posted something up on his myspace account that said "Oh, I just realized everybody was so into Songs from the black hole, i'll post my demos up"

and they all fainted

they're ok, they've got some cool little riffs but they're not that STRONG band i want to go and follow their careers , they're like 311 they got some songs i like and they'll hit me up with something every other year or so

Emo is actually a relatively new style. I think it sucks. It may even be worse than hip hop.

Emo is full of self-loathing rich kids
Hip-Hop is full of self-loving (sometimes poor) kids

the red hot chili peppers (a rock band have) have had the number 1 album for two weeks now
metallica( a metal band) sell more/just as much from their back catalouge from 20 years ago than the top sellling rap artist , year after year
Rock is still the highest selling form of music
rock is still the most played form of music on modern radio


emo/punk/alternative is still very popular, go to any random average white kid's myspace profile and watch them list off like 60 of these bands.....they're all over the place

I meant in quality of music, and I only said it to piss off Infinite. Nothing is worse than emo.
