what they're doing is illegal in many countries already.. and swedish law was already updated right?

updated? it was more like downgraded, the swedish laws on this are the weakest in the world. and it´s illegal for the goverment and their departments to trace IP´s so they can´t do jack shit about the downloading problem and that was the "update" in the swedish law lol. instead of coming down harder on downloaders the Supreme Court came to a conclusion that it´s against several swedish laws to trace IP´s. and i wouldn´t exactly call that decision an "update", atleast not if i was in the entertainment business lol.

uhh... originally the law in sweden was that only the uploader, not the downloader was at fault.  then it was changed so both were at fault.

now they're going to go through the "Links to files" thing just like every other country went through a few years ago.
