All Eyez On Me was finished in a month. They were already leaking tracks on Power 106 (if only I had my tape player recording when they world debued Cali Love) in later Dec. 1995. But it wasn't released until Feb. 'Pac finished Makaveli in 7 Days, and was working on what he was calling basically Me Against the World 2, which is where Uncontitional Love comes from, and more production with Johnny J and  working with Jon B.

Yup.  And that's one of the reasons it was called the 7 Day Theory.  And to think there were a few tracks that were left out because the samples didn't clear.  I also read that Pac wanted to complete the album in 3 days, which is why you hear him say 3 day theory on one of the tracks, however he couldn't do it because the Outlawz took too much time to write.

nah, he still had some of the raw, death row vibe in him during that record imo.  if he would have had different producers than bbtp, that album would have been a lot more accepted.  i thought it was pretty obvious that he changed his flow to a dirty south one on purpose (like rapping in run on sentences and speeding up towards the end) too.  it was that album that i think he slowed his delivery down and lost that sting his raps used to have.  thats probably why he changed from snoop the gangsta to snoop the pimp with last meal.  then you have ptc and r&g which try to extend the pimp style with even less focus on lyrics and almost NO g-funk vibe which makes those two the worst he's done imo.  i'm also pretty sure he's done his last two albums sober and god damn does it show.
