This is further proof of what a bunch of dumbasses the people at Sony are.

Sony at last year's E3 releases a mock-up of their 'bat-a-rang" shaped PS3 controller; everybody hates it.

Late last year, Nintendo reveals it's "Wii" controller, with motion sensing capabilities.

Early this year, Nintendo shows the "Wii" controller in action

Less than 2 months later, Sony has a controller, with motion sensing capabilities, the vibration function hacked out of it, and even wording misspelled on the faceplate.  3rd party developers tell news organizations in interviews that they haven't had the controller until a few weeks ago and weren't aware of the motion sensing function more than a few weeks.

The only thing that you can possibly conclude from all of that is that Sony is running scared because they think that Nintendo has a much more marketable and a much more attractive product to the average consumer, and they want to copy as much of that as possible at the last minute.
