The reason why music is trash today

its because before somebody blows up they have their crew or underground producers and they have their own sound, but once they keep getting more and more known, people want them to do songs wit scott storch and dr dre and lil john so all you hear on the radio is the same thing.

A good example is omar cruz.  I was listening to his cruzifixion and i thought the beats were dope produced mostly by Rome, but i hear people wanted him to sign to aftermath so that he could get dre beats and scott storch beats. Then its the same thing you hear on the radio.

Another example is ice cube.  He had dope beats but on laugh now cry later, he had scott storch and lil john and people were complaining cause of the beats.  I thought the beats were dope but they get boring after a while.  So what im saying is forget about scott storch and dre.  Instead we need some new different sound.  Cause people think if it doesnt sound like dre or lil john then the beats suck.

lots of times it's because people listen to the first few seconds of a new track and then skip it cuz somethin like they've  heard before doesnt catch their ear... or they don't give it a chance

Naw, his music is dope, but what im saying is that when you hear a rapper like ice cube or bone thugs all you think is that they got to have that dre beat or that storch beat for it to be dope, if they dont have that storch beat then the beats are wack.  And when they do get that storch beat its usually a dope beat but a club song and then people hate on that.

You can have the best producers in the world but if that aint you then its still gonna suck.  Like ice cube, people wanted those storch and lil john beats on laugh now cry later, they thought they were gonna be real dope (and to me they were) but it just wasnt ice cubes style so alot of people were saying the beats were wack. So if it aint your style beats then it aint you.  Bone thugs usually have dark beats and watch their next cd with swizz beats and storch production.  Youll see how much they change
