im probably gonna be hated on like a muthafucka for this, but I'm gonna say Eminem. Royce did an interview thats available in mp3, and he makes a valid point. Hiphop progresses, so stating that someone from 10 years ago is gonna be ridiculous, since there is always gonna be improvement. Why my reasons for Eminem?

1 - he's a dope lyricist
2 - has alot of charisma
3 - ALWAYS improving
4 - from what i've seen, his on stage presence is incredible.

its just my opinion, dont hate. If ya'll disagree, that's cool. To each his own.

I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.

Well, if rap was to end today, I think the G.O.A.T. would be Tupac.  Eminem wouln't get to show us how great he really is, but if we stop in a few years I would maybe say Eminem after he drops this next album.
