QD III laced this track with a dope groovy smooth beat.

The way the beat kicks in and the G-Funk goodness sprinkles to life with Cube injecting in his savvy flow.

The Remix that was on bootlegs n B-sides was just as dope, the instrumental changed but the groove was the same.
Cube added a few new lil lines puttin a twist to the flow.

''They wanna have me in stripes, like Dennis the Menace...''

Comin from the Westside, Westside...

What a song to cruise to in the summer.

I still play this from time to time. Damn....this is one of those songs from 93-94 that made Cube, along with Snoop, my favorite rappers at the time...and of all time. I remember hearin this song on The Beat with Theo almost every day in 4th grade, after my parents would pick me up from school. I also remember the remix coming out, and I used to always try to get home in time to record it onto my tape player. Damn that's throwback!!

Ya''ll remember the video, where Cube with a funky mad dog Afro collects that bad ass motor from some ghetto garage then cruises down to Vegas with all the lights bouncing off the paint n shit.
Smooth.

On the remix video, at the end of the song you can hear the Ghetto Bird engine is hovering over as the Casino rattles and bright light shines down and the song is cuttin in.

Illness.

''Slippin, slidin, glidin LOW-ridin
Ain't no hidin from this hit
Fool -- you know how we do it..'
