sounds alright, not what i'd expect from 1 of only 2 dre produced cuts on the cd. imagine sounded a lot more memorable from the clips.

Well, Dre went in the last sessions and actually worked with Snoop and we all know what Dres like.

Jay on the other hand got 6 beats from Dre but they didnt work in the studio together.

Yeah he emailed him like 25 beats. I think Jay is not as open to criticism from Dre. Jay is like just send over the shit already. Snoop knows that extra time put in personally with Dre is going to pay off and it will show on the tracks they do together.

Yeah, that's an important distinction to make, especially with Dre's beats.  A lot of times, artists will promote that they have a Dre beat on an album, but the song really doesn't end up too hot...and we're like, "did Dre fall off?"  The times when he just apathetically gives beats away for relatively cheap (for him), that's when his beats and the resultant songs aren't too great.  It's all about collaborating in the studio with him, which produces the alchemy for a great song.
