It's A Tuff choice!!
I'll break it down like this!!
Been Through The Storm..It's musical, like sum already pointed!!
It Changes especially during the intro, when he beats stops, then the string instruments chips in!
Plus i like the drums on this Track more than the drums on "Imagine"
The Outro to the track is also amazing, a good way to end the Track!!!!
Suits Stevie Wonder perfectly!!
Although Stevie Wonder killed the Hook,i was not really impressed with the content of the hook, was kinda hoping for sumthin more in-dept, seeing that it was Stevie, you Know!

Now As For Busta..never really been a big Fan of his rapping Style, not taking nothing away from Him, cuz i think he is very doe, but never really got into it!!
However his lyrics and subject matter are on point! However i just didn't really dig his flow on this track unfortunately.

Imagine to me, is more Jazzy!
The String, synth ensemble are are on Point!!
The Drums are not as catchy as "Been Through The Storm".
The Piano seems to sit perfectly well on "Imagine than they did on "Been Through The Strom".I think the latter had some effect that were absent or substituted for another effect on "Imagine"..but i feel they are better here!
Dre & Snoop did a good job with the lyrics & Delivery!
I think Snoopy's delivery & Flow was more on point than Dre,IMO!!
D'Angelo did a great Job!!!

So To Sum it up!!
It's still a tuff choice to me!
After i saw this thread i actually played both tracks, and they seem to blend and flow perfectly into one another!!

Snoop's verse almost ruined the track, he should have used Kam's verse insteard of his which turned me off to it but Dre and D'angelo were dope on it, tough choice but got to give it to Busta

Arguably So..But I like the verse Him & DOC came up with it!
It's still on Point allbeit not as lethal as the Verse Him & Kam did..

I could list preferences about instrumentals, flows, choruses, lyrics and whatever 'til you got bored reading them, but I'll just say this. Both tracks are stellar in my opinion, each shines in its own way. I can't put one above the other.
