Any Tekken fans here?

i love this game! been playing it since Tekken 2...i own all the Tekken's...Tekken 5 is the shit! the characters have more moves....and u can play Tekken 1-3...

I love Tekken!! Tekken 2 was my favourite until no. 5 came along. Easily the best 3d fighting game (street fighter owns all in the fighting genre IMO). The soundtracks have always ben sick too.

Not a huuge fan of the Tekken series, but Tekken 5 is a good game

Nothing can top SFII, I'd rather play that.........as for MK....I can't find my Trilogy disc :(

^^MK1 and 2 were good (I rinsed the shit out of MK2 on the MegaDrive) but the series lost its way after that.

I thought MK Trilogy was OK, but then I discovered the Capcom VS. games and Street Fighter 3 and haven't looked back since.

MK4 was bad IMO, Deadly Alliance recaptured some of the magic (ahhh...the Krypt brought back memories) but the two new ones haven't caught my eye. Saying that, my friend keeps telling me that Shaolin Monks is worth playing so I might check that out.

I like Tekken but all of those games seem way too easy compared to other fighting games just like Soul Calibur. Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks is awesome. Best Mortal Kombat game since MK3. My favorite fighting game of all time is DOA3 hands down.

Shaolin Monks isn't a fighting game, its a beat em up adventure game, like Ninja Gaiden. Cool thing is you can unlock an arcade perfect version of MK2 once you've completed the necessary tasks in the game.

As far as the new MKs go, Deception has been my favorite so far.

On some real talk, don't test me at street fighter 2 turbo on the Super Nintendo from back in the day. I'll go about merking people  8) On the pc using a keyboard i'm not as good i guess...
