The video for the first single from Dr. Dre will feature a guest and will be filmed in late May 2007. The video will premiere on various stations in late June 2007. The album will be released on September 25, 2007, so Dr. Dre's album can be sent in for Grammy nominations. It has been confirmed a while back that Diddy and Jay-Z have both done vocals made for Detox, but it is not known if they will make the final cut. The album is set to be co-produced by Scott Storch who has announced that Snoop Dogg, Lloyd Banks, and Bishop Lamont have also recorded vocals. Other people working on the album "Detox" consist of Mike Elizondo and Dawayn Parker.

I would like to see the nigga game and 50 on a track together on detox if they gon spit........about the album though, dre needs to keep most of it west, his at his most inspired working with the west and feeling he gotta do some westcoast shit...and his first single better have snoop on it, not know 50 cent hook, that would be corny as hell for dre....gettin the lil niggaz who need dre to spit on his first single....either nwa, snoop.....and he camping outside the west, as much as id hate to see it'd have to be eminem, simply off history........but i still don't believe any of this shit....it would be interesting however if dre got scott back to work on detox, aint nobody doing keys better than that nigga and dre knows he needs him
