Which WC City Holds The Most Clout?

I wanna make a list of cities and to see which rappers came from where.  Then, I wanna have everyone vote to pick the WC city with the most talent.  Add artists and I'll add them to this post.  I'm not too good with the Bay Area/Oakland...so help me out.

Pac happened to be born in NY cause his momma was movin around with the Blacl Panthers.  His fam eventually settled down in Cali.
