Which WC City Holds The Most Clout?

I wanna make a list of cities and to see which rappers came from where.  Then, I wanna have everyone vote to pick the WC city with the most talent.  Add artists and I'll add them to this post.  I'm not too good with the Bay Area/Oakland...so help me out.

The L.B.C. is rich wit WC talent.  I think I'll go wit it.  But it all started in the City of Compton.

Tha Liks are from LA right? or am i trippin.. from this list.. compton definetly has the most clout on the production tip... i mean shit, quik, dre, and hutch...

Pac happened to be born in NY cause his momma was movin around with the Blacl Panthers.  His fam eventually settled down in Cali.

Big Hutch and Kokane are from Pomona, as are the rest of Above The Law and Suga Free to name a few.
