dude.. that lady on the wash is Toi AkA Latoiya Williams. there is MS Toi from You Can Do It, that girl raps..and is signed to Universal and will release her album November 13, 2001..next week

then there is the R&B singer Latoiya Williams aka Toi, she never rapped..my point is tOI and Latoiya = same person.
she is signed to Fly2K Records, thats Soopaflys label and part of Dogghouse.

i hope i cleared this up.
