I know jack shit about Silver Surfer, but I always thought he was 'good' too.  Hope this movie does well... I didn't think the first one was all that bad.

Surfer is good. He made a deal with Galactus to save his planet and became his number 1 guy seaching for new planets. He turns on Galactus to help Earth and becomes an enemy of Galactus. Morg, a later herald and Surfer have a big fight over this.

Not sure how this plays out in the movie though, if at all. The first F4 was a big departure from the comic so I would hardly call me post a spoiler.

I'd rather just have a slightly longer film than a 2 part. How much can you stretch out the Surfer with out involving Galactus? I guess we'll see. I'm waiting for Namor to show and steal Sue (or try to) away from Reed (but that could be a subplot in the Galactus film). The kid from Entourage, Vinnie Chase, would be a great Namor. I know they had him as Aquaman but he looks a lot for like The Sub-Mariner.

they already confirmed Galactus in the movie. The guy at Fox said Galactus will be in the movie somewhere
