Actually if he wants to sell this album to the mainstream commercial buyers... this is the perfect song.  When this album first came out I said this song would end up being a single.  Beyonce has mad commercial appeal and yea girls love this song.

I like the album aside from this song. It's not that bad, but is not single material. I'm sick of Jay-Z playing to the females all the time. We all know you love Beyonce, that's great, but stop bringing down the quality of your album with her on it. He's already all over her album, and now vice versa. What a horrible choice for a single.
