crooked I was like 12 when I first heard him.  I think he is about 40 now though, and still don't have an album out

What's really crazy is that wasn't Pac only 25 when he died? And he had more of career (before he died) than almost anyone of the people mentioned in this thread. Not to mention the career of his after his death, in which I feel like he's put out MORE albums than when he was alive.
