I bet I Geezy was the judge...LoL
....lol.....i hope he don go to jail tho....we don know what excactly happen there...so...i ain gon comment shit ...itz jus like dat rape case they put on pac back in tha dayz....
Just because Jay-Z made a guilty plea doesn't mean that he is guilty of the crime. I took 2 years of law enforcement and I know how trial procedings work. There is a pre-trial period, in which both sides try to come to a decision in the case that both sides will agree with, before the media can get their grubby hands all over an entire trial. The sentence in these cases is rarely made by the judge, it is an agreement by both sides, which means that Jigga(and his lawyers) agreed to plea guilty on the charges to receive a lower sentence, and Lance "Un"Rivera(and his lawyers) had to also agree.4 years ago I was caught up in a case of robbery, which the original sentence was 6 months-2 years in jail, I went through the pre-trial procedings and got everything knocked down to 6 months probation. It all really depends on how you play the game, and if you understand all of your options, not if you have the money(although celebrity status doesn't hurt, but look at money launderers, they usually have huge amounts of money and they still get sentenced according to thier crimes)All I'm trying to say is that just because Jay-Z pleaded guilty doesn't mean that he did the crime. If he would have gone through the trial procedings, which would have cost him a lot of money, look at OJ he's broke now, and then there's the chance that the jury would have held a bias against the stereotypical rap image and found him guilty on all charges, putting him on lock for years.
i ain sayin dat him pleadin waz like pacz trial...im sayin this whole shit of not know weather he iz guilty or not reminds of it....ya know?.....just to say it won change my mind towards hiz music or somethin fucked up like dis....
