Snoop and DJ Premier
« on: February 13, 2007, 08:08:19 AM »
What do you guys think? So far I have heard 2 tracks produced by Premier with Snoop on it and to me they are fire. I like DJ premier stuff for anyone he does but I think Snoop fits in well with his production. I would like to see Snoop and Premier Hook up for more work rather than lets say HI Tek or whatever...

The One and Only
In This Life

Both them tracks are fire but I cant stop listening to The One and Only, wicked beat and Snoop flows crazy on there...
Murderious Mind State, Cant Keep my Nine Str8...

R.I.P Makaveli aka Tupac Shakur the Hip Hop Don...

That verse he spit on there is still to me the best guest appearance. I think he was still with Death Row but if he was not it is the best verse post DR.

I agree with you. Snoop does his thing on Hi-Tek beats also. I Miss That Bitch was cold. But yeah Premo is one of a kind and I was not sure if Snoop would be able to rock a Premo beat but he sounds perfect on them.

In This Life was dope, but I never got into The One And Only. Snoop didn't wow me at all on it, and Dre did a much better job on using the Batman sample on the Eminem track Business.

The One And Only is off the hook, that song still drives me crazy.
Batman & Robin is forgettable.
In This Life is real good, during the short time he quit smoking weed haha.

I dont know what u smokin homie but Snoop rips it tight on that beat... Anyhow Snoop to me is all about the beat, i mean if you give him that type of beat he will rip it but than you so so beats and thats when Snoop goes wack.. He needs tight beats all the time to go hard, only Dre, Primo, Daz makes Snoop come hard though... Hi Tek is good too but Primo is wicked...

The one and only Snoop Do Double G

Snoop ripped "The One and Only" his delivery and flow was so on point, it seems when Snoop wants to he still bring it like he did on that Premier beat or on "Play on Playa" with Nas
