Which 360 game should I buy (besides Gears)?

I've finally sent my broken Xbox 360 to the repair centre (it's been broken since August, haven't played on it since ) and I expect it back in about a week.

So I'm definitely getting Gears Of War but I was thinking of buying another game, can't decide between Call Of Duty 3 (Really liked part 2), Splinter Cell: Double Agent (Enjoyed the second, hated the third one) and Rainbow Six Vegas (Enjoyed the previous one on the old Xbox).

Btw anyone know if Afterburner Climax, Chase HQ 2, House Of The Dead 4 and that Hokuto No Ken (=Fist Of The North Star) arcade game will come on the 360 and/or PS3?

I have the 3 that you listed and everyone of them is sick,but if i had to pick one it would be either Rainbow six or Call of duty 3. Splintercell is dope too but i just wasnt feelin the multiplayer as much as rainbow six and cod3,cant go wrong with any of them though

IMO Raibow Six Vegas is better than Gears of War in story mode and online...its got an amazing cover system, much better than Gears

Got my 360 back so I went out to buy Gears but after playing a few levels I brought it back, wasn't really feeling it after all (for real) and third person shooters just aren't my cup of tea so I got Call Of Duty 3 instead (yeah I know my friends have been bugging me about this all week)...

Next up: Rainbow Six...

Apparantly Sumo (the guys who ported Outrun 2 to X Box/PS2) are interested in porting Afterburner Climax to the 360. House of the Dead 4 is going to be tricky as no-one seems to have found a decent solution for making a lightgun work on LCD TVs yet. Therefore I can't see Sega are going to release a game that quite a high proportion of 360/PS3 users wouldn't be able to play with a gun as no-one will buy it.
