St. Ides is a liquor drink from America. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Ides
Loads of  rappers (snoop, nate dogg, warren G, 2pac, king tee...) did commercials for the company where they do a lil rap about the drink, in 90's i thnk
You can do a search on youtube for "st ides" for loads of videos
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=St.+Ides&search=Search

You can also get all the tracks on a Cd

Ice Cube did a few commercials too, so did Cypress Hill, I think Rakim did too.

Quote from: Soopafly DPGC about his hands
I don't live for the man, but I do study him so I can hope my pimp hands one day become as strong as his. When i first started listening to him, my hands were only strong enough to crush a beetle.  Now that i've studied him for 15 years, my hands are strong enough to crush a dog.

Dr. Dre wasn't a part of any of the commercials.  The commercials ran in the summer to winter of '95.
