Though i haven't been a simpsons fan for a few years now (i was a fanatic before the 9th season or so), i'm gonna have to watch this. They better not fuck up, it's the last chance to do anything good with the series

Theres at least 3 more seasons left so they have a chance to mess it up more or presumably fix it.  This weekend's episode was alright tho.

Eh, trailer looks okay. Like many, I feel that the show has been going downhill since around the ninth season. In my opinion, the only real belly laugh in the trailer is Homer at the end: "I'll teach you to laugh at something that's funny!" First time I've got a good laugh out of a Simpsons line in way too long.

The trailer looks intriguing, but I dont know.  The only hope for this movie is the fact they brought in a lot of the old writers to help contribute to it.
