i guess it boils down to your deffinition of 'g funk'.....if you consider sampling parlament and george clinton g funk, than include the bomb squad, shock g, quik, pooh, x clan, etc.....if you mean p funk samples with keyboard and synthesizers added, then i'd go wit cold 187 and dre, alwayz into sumthing being a great example of early use and the time period....
