in usa yes, there's that dude in my city who used to drop the same kinda beats primo does, you know with all the break and scratch stuff he was fuckin dope, i wonder what happen to him

Sorry man, i disagree. The main problem of white producers is IMO that they havent got a melody in their tracks. I dont know a white producer who can play a similiar melody as in DJ Quik's "Balance & Options (Outro)"! I'm white but I love the way of playing an instrument like the blacks do. There is always rhytm and soul in it like in BattleCats production style.
