Who is that white guy

On tha cover of NWA an tha posse there's a fat white guy squatting down,  does any1 know who he is an on tha back of NWA greatest hits theres a group pic,  who is that white guy there,   i know these r stupid questions but i was jus curious.

i just got out the cover [NWA + Posse] and the guy's Latino! damn how could you mistake him for being white? he doesn't look white at all! peace.
