Dubcnn recently spoke to the legendary DJ Crazy Toones for a brief interview. With "It's A CT Exeperience: The DVD Files" hitting the streets right now, Toones gave us an inside look on how the DVD was made. He also gave us some news on WC's and Ice Cube's new albums. During the interview, DJ Crazy Toones asked that we could issue this Disclaimer in relation to all the inquiries he has been fielding in relation to the sale of the “It’s A CT Experience” DVD.

What’s crackin’, this is DJ Crazy Toones. “It’s A CT Experience” the DVD, it’s out right now, it ain’t in no stores. IT AIN'T IN NO STORES, because it ain’t for sale. It’s not for sale, it’s just promotion, just giving you a taste of all my homeboys that need to get their shine. So, the only way you can get it is, I guess f-ck with your local bootlegger, whoever, trying to take a little punk ass money. But, we just put it out there, just to show, you know what I’m saying, we are running this shit, this is our coast, we are the West Coast. So, we just did it on the strength, just to give it to y’all, so y’all could see some real quality shit. Quality shit, you know what I’m sayin’? And, we took it to the next level, because, we took it to another level far wise as individuals because, you know, downloading and shit is at an all-time high right now man, so we just opened these doors, and showed these record labels that they’ve got to step it up and do something different.

So, “The CT Experience” is not for sale. It’s for promotional use only. So, get at me if you know me, get at me, I’ll shoot you some, or, you know what I’m sayin’, catch that shit on your local Youtube, loc. That’s it.

Awesome man, thanks for that.  One of the very few West Coast cats that I'll even check for nowadays.  Cube, WC, and Crazy Toones are making some real Hip Hop, they're doing it their way, they're showing everybody else how they should do it.  CT Experience was easily my favorite West Coast ALBUM last year.  It still gets bumps. 

And I'm pumped hearin CT talkin bout scratchin and shit on Dub's / Cube's albums!  Nobody really doin that shit anymore on the West!  What the fuck is up w/ that?  I'll tell you one other cat I'd like to see get in the mix is DJ Pooh.  That's a crew from the West that I'd check regardless.

Dub tore that Crazy Toones mixtape up a new one, he fuckin ripped every verse he dropped to shreds. That verse on the second track, the Mobb Deep beat, Dub kicked probably the best verse of 2006.

Those are west coast cats that are making music that hip hop heads can be proud of, which is hard to find nowadays.
