i havent heard this yet so i cant comment on the quality of the music, but allhiphop isnt dissing west coast rap in general. theyre saying butch cassidy and damizza put out a garbage album. its one opinion on one CD homeboy.

"The party songs are cheesy, the gangsta songs sound pop, and they really misrepresent for all the great West Coast artists putting out good music.  “Get Your Party On”, “Talk 2 Me”, and “Str8 Playa” are prime examples.  The production isn’t even on the level of most independents out of the Golden State, whether it be L.A. or the Bay."

i dont know how you came to that conclusion, homie.   :P

Pick up 2 gats like Riley with a full 16 clip, on some sick shit like Lynch, while rippin a bitch's clit with beyonce's mouth on the tip of my dick.

ouch!!!!!!!!!

them reviews were pretty harsh, they cut right through seeing that i enjoy listenin to the album!!

However you will always have critics, so it's all good!!

But damn!!

Anybody know the last time Damizza or Butch posted in here

http://allhiphop.com/reviews/?ID=1175

^^
Not sure if they were dissing the westcoast
Snoop's Blue Carpet Treatment got 4,
Game's Doctors Advocate got 4.5
so you can't say just cuz they gave Back b4 ur Lonely bad reviews it's a shot at the whole westcoast rap thing.

Wow. I'm a little shocked. I thought this album was BANGIN!!

Agree alot more with that 1 really good in-depth review that was posted on here (a link to some site) before the album dropped ;)

I was expecting more from this album....couple cool tracks but Butch can do way better.

But thats just me....

But I think AHH are disisng more the album which is fair enough since they review it....and I mean it's just their opinion.....If you like it cool, if you don't well then maybe you like the next collaborations....

I thought the album was great, which is why I awarded them 4 Dubs in the DubCNN review. I thought 'Mizza's raps fitted the overall, laid-back vibe of the project and Butch's voice was as endearing as ever. Obviously, I didn't expect any revolutionary, conscious Hip-Hop. I wanted to hear a great party record, pure and simple. In those respects, listeners were rewarded. The whole project was seamless, sliding perfectly from one track to the next.

That AHH review seems the equivalent of someone who listens exclusively to Warren G/Dove Shack/Tha Twinz deciding to review the new Nas or Saigon album. It just shouldn't be allowed.
