Hard drive crash/No operating system found

That's the message I got on my other computer.  I'm 90% sure the hard drive has finally gone out.  I've also got an additional 200GB HD in it and I was wondering if the system restore would work if I installed it on the good hard drive.

You have a chance of getting all of your files off of that thing but not a big one.
