Minors selling drugs?

How long can a 17 yr old get locked up for for selling weed? lets say about 3 oz.? im just curious.

I'd say that's probation. Don't think it's enough to get ya locked up.

1 Year Probation, 40 hours community services, and probably a few fines...

With 3 oz they will do what "Now_I_Know" said. If you have less than an ounce you probably will have a choice of a fine or community service and will get like 6 months probation. It really depends on if its your first offense or not.

i was juvenile an for felony probation (robbery) they still had me drug tested even though drugs were in no way related to my crime. i was only tested once or twice in the entire year. it'll probably depend on how lazy your PO is.
