thats the fucking point of 7 year theory
because after 7 years if police didnt catch for your crime (like faking one death, bank robbing etc) than you are free to go
this doesnt include killing someone, kiddnapping etc

but there's been murder cases that have lasted 20 years and they've caught the dude 20 years from the murder and sentenced him....it happens on Americas Most Wanted all the time, and on the new every day

i dont think you read carefully what i said
1st of all i am talking about USA
2nd of all, i said crimes like Faking one's death etc, after 7 years, they cant prosecute you

Crimes like killing someone, rapping, kiddnapping are not part of this rule, if you killed someone they still can catch you and prosecute you after 7 years

Its called statue of limitations or suptin like that.  It means that if u commit a crime an after a certain amount of years they cant do anything to u,  there are some crimes that if u do they can still arrest an covict years later no matter what

yeah and faking your death would be considered one of those.....if you stole some bubble gum from a store of corse they can't do nothing to you after a while...but faking your death is HUUUUUUUUGE, plus he was awaiting another trial anyways

Well if 2Pac came Back i will be fuckin happy as hell and i will also be fuckin pissed off that he played us like fuckin dogs and shit..And he will Get Arrested Imediatly So that would kinda suck too he'd be back out in about like 23 years or somethin he's be hella old by then i wouldnt think that he would make more music!!
