In the new XXL Mag wit Juvenile on the cover Devin The Dude's forthcoming album is the main review and it looks like a banger.  He got an XL rating which is one away from a classic grade.  Thearticle says Dre has some tight beats including on called, "Yo Ho."

Cannot wait for this!

Devin ain't really a Southern rapper.  He's from Rap-A-Lot like Scarface and all them.

Well I Always Considered Texas To Be A SOUTHERN State...Scarface Seems To Consider It SOUTH As Well...Rap-A-Lot Is A SOUTHERN Based Label [Houston]...Devin Is From Houston So I Would Think He's A SOUTHERN MC...

Yes, but they don't rap like Southern rappers do, Master P, Cash Money etc.

Devin has gotta be the most smoothest/funky/soulful rapper out now.  I loved his part on "Just A Man" off the Baby Boy soundtrack.
