just saw this at nme.com oh well

C-MURDER, brother of NO LIMIT rap mogul MASTER P, is being hunted by LOUISIANA police for attempted murder.

The rapper, real name, Corey Miller, has gone on the run after allegedly shooting at two nightclub workers in Baton Rouge. He is facing two counts of attempted murder and one of illegal use of a weapon. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

A police spokesperson said Miller fired at the owner of Club Raggs a little before midnight on Tuesday (August 14) after the owner and a bouncer refused him entry without searching him.

According to MTV, the gun "malfunctioned" on its first shot. Miller fixed it and fired it into the floor. When he went to fire a third time, the gun again malfunctioned and he sped off in his people carrier.

The rapper is also wanted on counts of aggravated burglary and aggravated assault with a firearm in what police describe as an unrelated incident. He is said to have forced his into a house in Baton Rouge and held an occupant at gunpoint on June 14. He was searching for a man he had fought with earlier that day.

And Everyone says No Limit isn't gangsta! HA!

Anyway, I believe a while ago, he was interviewed in connection with another murder and they thought he was a suspect.

No Limit is gangsta but they just suck at rapping...

as far as fuckin with no limit..and pissin them off...i wouldnt do it.....yeah......they have some serious killas on their team.....music wise..and career wise...if this is true...c murder...is a stupid azzzz....damn.....hire one of your boyz to hire someone else to do it....duh!!!!!!!!!!

Retaliation has been swift in the case of C-Murder's alleged altercation with two Baton Rouge men Tuesday (Aug. 14) night, but his victims are pulling out their lawyers, not their guns.

The day after a warrant was issued for C-Murder, a.k.a. Corey Miller, on two counts of attempted first degree murder and one count of an illegal use of a weapon for allegedly drawing a jammed gun on nightclub owner Norman Sparrow and bouncer Daryl Jackson, the men filed a lawsuit in state court, according to the Baton Rouge Advocate on Friday (Aug. 17).

The incident reportedly began before midnight on Tuesday when Miller arrived at Club Raggs and was told by Jackson he would have to submit to a weapons search. Miller demanded to see Sparrow, who reiterated the request. Miller allegedly pulled a gun and tried to fire it at Sparrow, but the gun jammed. He's said to have ejected a live cartridge, tried to fire the gun a second time again without success, and left the scene. Contrary to the initial police statement, no shots were actually fired, reports the paper.

The suit names Miller, Bout It Management, and No Limit Records among the defendants. Miller, the youngest brother of rap mogul Master P, a.k.a. Percy Miller, works for the latter.

A No Limit lawyer told the Advocate that C-Murder, who is also wanted on counts of aggravated burglary and aggravated assault with a firearm in a unrelated incident in June, is expected to turn himself in.

Attempts to reach No Limit representatives and the nightclub late Thursday (Aug. 16) were unsuccessful.

I am sick of hearing people say "No Limit Can't Rap"... it's like saying "DPG cant rap" by hearing Dre rhyme, or "NWA cant rap" by hearing Eazy-E rap. NL actually has a handful of good rappers, and their last names arent Miller. My favorite rapper of all time MAC had Scarface, Jay-Z, and Def Jam hollerin at him before he went to jail.

C-Murder always seemed like that quiet thug type that would kill someone...

if No Limit gets DOPE MC's to write their lyrics then they'll be able to rap like Dre and Eazy...

plus i think Dre and Eazy have much better voices and flows suited for the mic...it's just that they can't write they own raps..

I never unserstood how a muthafucka ca be successful, make alot of cash and then get caught up in a shooting. If I was blessed with money and success I would lay low and stay far, far FAR away from trouble.
