I bought it the first day it came out and i've listened to it a couple of times but it's very average imo. I only dig a couple of songs.

That's a tough one because I really like Sittin on 23z, Cali Iz Active, It's All Hood. But Dogg Chit is more consistent so i'd have to pick the shit

Shit, CIA seems to be a bit better. I guess they tried harder on CIA since it was supposed to be a "come back" album.

I like Cali Iz Active,Kushn N' Pushn,Sittn On 23'z,Its Craccin All night,Don't sweat it,Make dat pussy pop,She likes dat, and a bonus my borther included Im noot sure of the title but the song starts out with a radio chainging stations and snoop talking. Its an Alchemist produced track... Thats song made me chill for a while.. ;)

Dogg Chit is the better album. It's mire DPG-Style and not that "We-now-try-to-sell"-Style. Cali iz Active has its moments ("Cali Iz Active", "It'z Craccin All Nite", "Throwin Up Da C" or "Don't Sweat It") But it has mire garbage between the good tracks which destroys the overall impression of the album. I mean tracks like "make dat pussy pop" or "She likes dat". For me, too much tracks get boring very quickly like "kush'n & push'n", the beat starts and then it's just the same from beginning to end. When I first heard it, I wondered when the track really starts because I first thought that what I hear is only the prelude of the beat until I realized that it won't chang. Same with "Slow Your Roll" or "Keep It Gangsta". "Keep it Gangsta" is hot though, but Soopa could have made it better. I always got an idea of how he could have made the beat when I listen to that song... and Rage is awsome on this track.

Dogg Chit on the other hand, can I listen from beginning to the end. I don't think there is any real garbage track on it, just 2-3 kinda boring ones. This album is bangin. If you like real gangsta shit you have to like Dogg Chit.

I like Cali iz Active better, I think Dogg chit is more consistent, tho to me some of the tracks are pretty boring whilst cali iz active had a lot of different producers I reckon it makes it more interesting. Plus I loved some of the tracks like hard on a hoe & that joint wit paul wall, aswell as the obvious ones like cali iz active. Wit dogg chit it was good but only a couple of tracks stuck out to me like good ass day & the track wit too short and vibe etc

I've been bumpin' this album a lot lately, especially:

"Anybody Killa"
"Where U From"
"Throw Ya Hood Up"
"It's A Good Ass Day"
"Pull Ya Drawz Down"

Good shit. 8)

I liked it alot when it first came out but it dosent seem to have much replay value to me somehow I don't know the production is spotty on this one, I pretty much consider their last 3 albums interchangeable, CIA had better tracks IMO but some awkward collabos, and D&YG II had better tracks too but the sequencing of the tracks is off, to many slow ones in the middle of the album but overall I probalby enjoy listening to Tha Saga Continuez more than the other 2 maybe just because it was the first one since the reunion

Yeah DC had better lyrics from Kurupt and CIA had more Snoop on it (who brought it lyrically on that album) it was mixed better and it had more of a updated sound. So for me I give a slight edge to DC just for the improved rhymes from Gotti and Daz taking a more hands on approach with this album. It is what we expect a DPG album to sound like, but it would have been that much doper if it was mixed better.
