In no order


J Wells     (dope producer, best in the west right now imo)
Kurupt     (dude's getting better again as of lately, on the J Wells album he spit some heat, add that to his years in the game and earlier classics and you know he deserves to be in this list)
Defari     (wise and down to earth rapper, a real hiphop listener, you can hear this in his lyrics)
40 Glocc     (The Jakal is one dope album, his latest mixtape was dope too, i like his style)
The Game     (DA was aight, YKWII4 is so so, but dude got better throughout time, i wanna see where it takes him)
Butch Cassidy     (he can really ad something to a record)
Tha Alkaholiks     (no need to say anything bout these vets, they earned their stripes)
Ice Cube     (many classics under his belt and still doing it, enough said)
Yukmouth     (i like many of his albums and mixtapes, dude has ill lyrics plus some good production on his tracks, imo one of the best in the west right now)
MC Ren     (i was listening to Ruthless 4 Life yesterday and was amazed how sick his whole style and flow still is, on all tracks with Ren i ever heard he came dope, that's something not everyone can do the same)

1. Messy Marv (even if his rhymes are kinda poor he got that crazy flow)
2. E-White (an amazing style, too bad that his appearences are rare)
3. MC Eiht (a lotta hataz disrepect that vet on this board but to me he eat tons of rappers)
4. Roscoe (he can rap and sing and he come hard lately to me)
5. Ya Boy (hes doin' it big since "The Rookie Of The Year" dropped)
6. Young Maylay (the nigga got that westcoast vibe, i really like his style)
7. Kurupt (he kinda lost his level but in comparison to the rest of the game, he still dope)
8. Mistah F.A.B. (freestyle king besides an appreciate dumbest attitude)
9. Black C (He proves with his last LP that he still got that street/gangsta style)
10. Keak Da Sneak (Poor ass rhymes but how crazy his flow is, he can drop mad verses)

They can be Vets or New West artists but if it's a West Coast Vet, they still have to be around making music these days in the industry, droppin' new singles/albums/mixtapes or at least making guest appearances on some.
